6 chicken leg quarters
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
How to cook :
- Place chicken in a 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan.
- In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
- Pour over the chicken.
- Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 50-60 minutesor until juices run clear, basting occasionallywith pan juices. Yield: 6 servings.
